Ukraine Agricultural from the Inside

Welcome to an information page of the first agricultural Expedition to Ukraine

The tour is organized on a regular basis once a year in August.

Our goal:

The purpose of the Agricultural Expedition is to show an insight of the farming industry of one of the most agricultural countries in the world – Ukraine.

The agri experience during the tour will consist of a number of 2-3 hour visits with the facilities involved in agricultural production in various regions of the country. The group, accompanied by a coordinator/interpreter and a driver, will tour the facilities and directly communicate with the managers or the owners of the enterprises.

As a hospitality gesture it is not uncommon to be offered a Ukrainian style lunch or a treat at some of the visits.

We are going to cover:

The route:

The route is developed so that you will be able to see all the leading agricultural oblasts (administrative regions) of Ukriane: Kyiv – Cherkasy – Kirovograd – Mykolaiv – Odesa – Vinnytsia – Ternopil – Zhytomyr.

Accommodation and logistics:

The group will be staying at the hotels in oblast capitals, which allows us to guarantee a high quality of accommodation. Although the route is agreed in advance, it may slightly be changed if desired by the participants.

Why Us?

Our team has been involved in organizing agricultural tours all over the world for over 12 years.

Two of our team members used to work for the USAID funded volunteer program FarmertoFarmer (FtF), where it was our task to choose the hosts, develop the itinerary, calculate the budget, and organize logistics for the American experts coming to Ukraine as volunteers.

Since the closure of the FtF program in Ukraine, we have organized over 50 agricultural trips for Ukrainian farmers all over the world including Europe, New Zealand, Canada, and the USA. Therefore, our experience allows us to confidently guarantee safety, comfort and individual approach to all our travellers.

“If you decide to join the AgriExpedition to Ukraine group you will be well taken care of and, which is even more important – you will have some of the most wonderful and useful experienceof agricultural diversity.”
